Project Coordinator

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned professional with the analytical knowledge, experience, skills, and ability to plan, research, coordinate, integrate, implement, train, and present business and project-related

information, through multi-media platforms utilizing multiple technologies, for multiple projects, both in-house and customer-facing, for various industries, including, but not limited to Roadway,

Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Education.


Responsibilities:

  • Research, plan and develop training catalogs
  • Assist with compliance monitoring, tracking, and reporting on varies projects to include but not limited to researching and verifying contractor/trade partner’s payments, contracts, and certifications
  • Develop, maintain, and provide quality assurance for various agency’s contractor/trade partner databases and certification requirements
  • Assist with coordination of information and project outreach for contractor/trade partners
  • Assist with marketing, business development, attend pre-bid conference and pre-proposal meetings as needed
  • Represent the organization at functions and events as needed
  • Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy
  • Assist with establishing key performance indicators
  • Assist with monitoring and evaluating the overall project
  • Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance
  • Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc. as needed
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation, reports, and analytics
  • Meeting and assisting contractors/trade partners with compliance related questions
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be required.


Qualifications:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree and related experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite of products including SharePoint, Office 365, CRM, Projects, Adobe Products, and a strong understanding of databases – analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of EEO Requirements, Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Women and Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) Programs, local & state.
  • Experience with HUD Section 3 Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Construction and Business process and techniques
  • Strong ability to work on multiple projects and understand project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Proven team player
  • Self – Starter is a must.
