    With EOR or payrolling, you choose the worker and Jomsom Staffing handles payroll, tax filing and related HR admin as the employer of record. It helps when you have already found someone but want less paperwork. Some employer duties can be shared, so your agreement spells out who handles what.
    Can I own a Jomsom Staffing franchise?
    Jomsom Staffing offers franchise opportunities in select states. Owners build a local workforce business with national training and support. Franchise offers are made only through the Jomsom Staffing Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and only in states where we are registered, exempt or otherwise authorized.
