Job Description

Position Overview


We are looking for a full-time, temporary, on-site Medical Office Receptionist located in Las Vegas, NV. The Medical Office Receptionist will deliver crucial in-office assistance for a home care organization.



Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)


Handling and directing phone calls.

Performing in-office drug screenings and aiding in the onboarding process for new hires.

Assisting the team with administrative tasks and scheduling meetings.

Utilizing Google Workspace tools to organize calendars, engage in meetings, and manage documents or spreadsheets.

Maintaining the confidentiality and security of our clients in compliance with HIPAA regulations.



Qualifications


High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Knowledge and strong understanding of HIPAA compliance.

Capability to multitask and possess strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in the healthcare field.

Ability to collaborate in a team setting and work alongside others.

Familiarity with office or clerical responsibilities.

Capacity to occasionally lift 25-50 lbs.

Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.



Job Type


This is a full-time, temporary role with the potential to become a permanent position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM (PT)

Location: Onsite
