Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, temporary, on-site In-Office Lead Caregiver based in Las Vegas, NV. The In-Office Lead Caregiver will provide essential in-office support for a home care organization.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Answering and routing phone calls.
- Conducting in-office drug screenings and assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Supporting the recruiter with administrative duties and scheduling appointments.
- Using Google Workspace tools to manage calendars, participate in meetings, and handle documents or spreadsheets.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of our clients in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- A strong desire to assist and empower others to lead fulfilling lives.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational abilities.
- Prior experience as a caregiver at home or in senior living facilities (2+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with office or clerical tasks.
- Ability to occasionally lift 25-50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug test.

- This is a full-time, temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM (PT)
- Location: Onsite
