Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, temporary, on-site In-Office Lead Caregiver based in Las Vegas, NV. The In-Office Lead Caregiver will provide essential in-office support for a home care organization.


Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Answering and routing phone calls.
  • Conducting in-office drug screenings and assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Supporting the recruiter with administrative duties and scheduling appointments.
  • Using Google Workspace tools to manage calendars, participate in meetings, and handle documents or spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of our clients in accordance with HIPAA regulations.


Qualifications

  • A strong desire to assist and empower others to lead fulfilling lives.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Prior experience as a caregiver at home or in senior living facilities (2+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with office or clerical tasks.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 25-50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug test.


Job Type

  • This is a full-time, temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM (PT)
  • Location: Onsite
