Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Leadership: Provide executive-level leadership, decision-making, and management to achieve company objectives. Lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders, departments, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies, ensuring organizational alignment and the delivery of impactful outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

• P&L Management: Oversee and manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated business unit, ensuring operational efficiency, cost management, and profitability.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements across functions to drive scalability, enhance operational performance, and reduce operational risks.
• KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and operational performance.

Team Development & Management:

• Leadership Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees, ensuring talent growth, retention, and succession planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
