Position: Sales Administrator


Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite


Location: Las Vegas, NV


Schedule: Monday through Friday (7AM - 4PM)


About the Company: Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. The company works alongside homeowners and construction professionals to provide high-quality architectural millwork products that meet the needs of their clients' projects. The Sales Administrator will serve as the essential link between the sales team, customers, and internal operations, ensuring that inquiries and orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This position is customer-facing and also entails overseeing the administrative components of the sales process. 


Primary responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:


  • Assisting the sales team in discovering new customers and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinating with shipping and warehouse departments to manage inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Following up with the collections team to verify that payments have been received and aiding in the payment process if needed.
  • Responsible for managing all administrative functions for the sales department and supporting team members, including:
  • Scheduling and coordinating client meetings and conferences.
  • Attending meetings in-person, virtually, or via phone and taking comprehensive notes.
  • Greeting customers, answering phone calls, and managing email correspondence with team members and clients.
  • Acting as a contact point for inquiries, providing quotes and samples as required, updating on sales and order progress, and offering after-sales support.
  • Receiving, recording, and processing orders through phone, email, or online systems, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Maintaining current customer records and data, including quote specifics, purchase history, customer contact information, and sales progress, while ensuring data integrity. 


Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma is a must
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role in a sales environment or direct sales experience
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data entry is required 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications:


  • An associate's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus. 


Required Skills:


  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks, including the management of projects, orders, inventory, and the coordination of deliveries and pickups to adhere to timelines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong customer service skills to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on order progress.
  • A team-oriented individual who can act as a bridge between sales representatives, warehouse staff, and clients.
  • A detail-focused person who can work autonomously, possesses strong time management abilities, and is highly organized.
  • Familiar with the sales cycle, lead management, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Capable of accepting direction and feedback, with strong problem-solving skills. 

 

Pay Range and Compensation Package:


Hourly Pay Range: $23/hr - $27/hr
